layout-file for emulateapj.cls and mn2e.cls

Hello,
I have no idea how to get layout-files for emulateapj.cls and mn2e.cls.
Lyx refuses to import some files from Astro-ph. I would like to convert the tex-files to html only for private use.
I thought revtex4.layout would be sufficient, but it isn´t.
Are there links to appropriate layout-files or is there an program converting this files?
I cannot conceive the structure of this layout-files.
