Babel got an update a few weeks ago. Open up the mikTeX package manager and search for a package named babel-slovene or babel-slovak. Install the package (it might be necessary to do this as admin and user.

I aleredy did that, I install babel packgage. I cannot find babel-slovene.

I could have a slighty different name. Or use the sear in the manager and search for slovene, slovenian, slovak etc.

babel-slovenian on CTAN.

Another possibility would be to do a fresh install of the complete MikTeX with all available packages as suggested in the other thread.

If I want to download complete Mike Tex, do I choose second or third from here?

As there is no advantage of the 64 bit version over the 32 bit version at the moment, i would suggest to use the Miktex 2.9.4503 Net Installer.

An alternative of course would be TeX Live which is used by many LaTeX helpers and put together by the community itself. I prefer TeX Live as it runs on nearly all systems.
