How put figure caption on top of image?

Hi all,
I'm trying to do it, so for certain figures - I can specify the position of the figure caption so it sits on top of the image?

So for example, the caption for the image would be in the top left box on top of the image (i.e., numbering etc would still work) - you say offset, width and height and it draws text on top of the image?

Anyone have any simple examples of this? :|

Without a minimal working example it is hard to tell, but have you tried \caption before \includegraphics?
The smart way: Calm down and take a deep breath, read posts and provided links attentively, try to understand and ask if necessary.
