Document Classes ⇒ IEEE Conference authors are not shown

Hi all!
I am writing a paper with lyx using IEEE conference template. I am stacked with an issue...some background before discussing on the problem...
1)I downloaded the templeate from IEEE http://www.ieee.org/conferences_events/ ... lates.html
2)I put the folder IEEEtran in C:\Program Files (x86)\MiKTeX 2.9\tex\latex
2)Open Miktex->Refresh FNDB and update formats
3)Open Lyx->Tools->Reconfigure and restart Lyx
4)Import plane tex template bare_conf.tex and ctrl+R. The authors section do not showed up.
5)If I open directly bare_conf.tex and build the pdf, the authors section appears normaly.

It seems Lyx is not recognizing the commands of IEEE template
\EEauthorblockN{} and \IEEEauthorblockA{}

Please, find attached the IEEE Latex template for conferences and the lyx file created importing the tex file.

Yeah, that happens sometimes with rare commands. Just add those lines back into the LyX document yourself copy-pasting into ERT boxes.
