BibTeX, biblatex and biber

Hello,
I am trying to format a paper in LaTex for the Marine Ecology Progress Series. Unfortunately, there is no .bst available (or at least I can not find one) for this journal and I do not have experience editing bst files. On their guidelines to authors website, they provide an ENS file for endnote. Is there a way to convert an ENS file to a bst file so that I can use it in BibTex? I'm afraid there is no way to do the conversion: what you'll need to do is create a bst file from scratch, probably using custom-bib. To do that, you'll need to know the various requirements the journal has.
