BibTeX, biblatex and biber ⇒ Bibtex and Cls file

Hi to all,

I am new member of this forum. I am writing my thesis. My university doesn't has a latex format. I want to adapt it from another university. But i am not familiar with cls files. It is only allow numerical reference style such as [1] but i need (Dantzig, 1952). How can i change bibliography style in cls file?My another question is how can align headlines of prechapters (table of contents to left? My last question is that i try remove page numbers in Table of Contents page, but the program remove all page numbers. How can i handle these problems?
