Copy Editing Documents using Markup

Post by Glenna Jenkins »

Hello there,

I am an economist and editor who revises academic papers. Some of my clients prepare their documents in LaTeX. Is it possible to do markup similar to Word's "track changes" option on a LaTeX document? If so, which program is best for a MacBook Pro?

Thanks so much,
Glenna Jenkins

I think that for this job the changes package comes in handy. Section 2 of its manual shows you what you have to do to mark changes. Section 4 explains the user interface and should also be of interest.

Best regards and welcome to the board
