Graphics, Figures & Tables ⇒ Large Table in Appendix with custom Class

Well I am using the agutex class and my problem is the last appendix has a big table which always crosses whatever comes after the appendix. I tried using \newpage and \clearpage.

So I put it at the end after all the figures etc but even then figures are coming after all other appendices and right at the end the problematic table comes.
