Document Classes ⇒ Example Presentation not compilable

I downloaded the example from here and I tried to compile it, but PDFLaTeX gives me following error:

I use MiKTeX 2.9.

Download the file "beamer-umbc.tar.gz" from here (bottom of the page), unpack it and put the content of the folder "themes" into the same directory as the source file. Of course it would be best to install those files according to the TDS into the TeX installation tree. But that's a bit complicated.
