Hey everybody,
I have a small and assumably easy question, but still I couldn't find an answer.
I'm using MikTex 2.9/Texworks and would like to compile a file that requires shell-escape to be enabled. Adding "--shell-escape" in the textsetting options to "PDFLatex" works if I only want to use PDFLatex for compiling. However, I want to use the "pdfLatex+MakeIndex+BibTex" option, adding this option in the settings yields an "unknown option" error. So my question is: How can I permanently enable shell-escape for pdfLatex+MakeIndex+BibTex?
I have already looked for an answer, but couldn't find any...
Thanks for your help!
Alex

Re: Shell-Escape for "pdfLatex+MakeIndex+BibTex"
Can't you add the option for PDFLaTeX but not for MakeIndex or BibTeX?
I'm not understanding how this could be a problem, sorry if that's not helpful.
