Do you know how to change the options of MikTeX so that it will display the numbering of lines, spelling and underscoring LaTeX commands every time I open a new document because now I have to manually switch on (check) them from the menu bar every time I open a new document?
And does MikTeX for windows has an option that when clicking on the produced PDF or other format it shows the LaTeX location that produced that text or image?

MikTeX is not an editor. You want to post in the subforum for the editor you're using (assuming there is one).
