BibTeX, biblatex and biber ⇒ Customize several aspects

Dear forum members,

I have a question concerning the layout of the bibliography. I know it is possible to make some changes so that these changes appear automatically the next time I compile the document. For example in the attached document I should have de following:

En instead of In
Ed. intead of editor
páginas instead of pages.

I am not sending a minimal example because first of all I would like to make sure that is is possible to do what I mean.

These changes should be doable but also depend on the way you create your bibliography. This means a minimal working example will be necessary.
