spconf | Authors with multiple Affiliations

Hi,

I am using the "spconf" package for ISBI 2013 and have multiple authors with three or more affiliations.

Using the standard package I get an authors list with goes out of the page at the right side. Nothing seems to make the list break into two lines. I have tried \newline and \\ almost everything.

So I guess the questions is: How to make the authors list wrap to the second line?

What exactly is »spconf«? Where to get it?
