I'm running TeXMaker 3.5 and the complete installation of MikTeX 2.9, and every time I press "Quick build" or "PDFLaTeX" I get a hangup. It just says "Process started" and then does nothing.
My pdflatex settings are "pdflatex -synctex=1 -interaction=nonstopmode %.tex"

EDIT: I would like to add that TeXWorks does do PDFLaTeX+MakeIndex+BibTeX with no issue, except that TeXWorks is a little too feature-barren for me, hence the reason I'm not using it.
