moderncv | Using Adobe Caslon Pro Font

Hello,

I am creating a CV and I use the moderncv class although I want to set my own font, which is Adobe Caslon Pro Semibold Italic. How can I use it for all my CV? I know I have to compile with XeLaTeX.

You will probably have to read a bit in the fontspec manual.
