I'm using lyx 2.04 of an Ubuntu Linux system, and am relatively new to it. I have a small document that compiles fine when I use the original simauth.cls (journal statistics in medicine) file but when I try to compile it using bio.cls (journal oxford biostatistics) it will not handle a request to change one page to landscape format. How could I go about debugging this? I presume this is something different or defective in the bio.cls file?
Any/all suggestions most welcome.
