How to get the abstract and keywords style as the attached file? The style is of Chaos, Solitons & Fractals, an Elsevier journal. I have posted a standard Elsevier template. But I am unable to get their style.

If the author guidelines from Elsevier don't help, ask the people at that specific journal how to get this title. If they really want this title for their journal, they should be able to explain. And the source where you got this title from should also have the corresponding files to produce it. With the elsarticle class alone you will not manage that. Perhaps they offer a certain additional package.
