BibTeX, biblatex and biber ⇒ convert word XML to latex bib

I am new to latex and have used Microsoft word so far. all my bibliography are stored in a Word XML file, that is what MS word does automatically, is there any way to generate latex bib files from the word XML file ?

I've done some searching and it appears that all the conversion utilities go the other way, bib to XML.

However, I should be able to write a script to do the conversion.

Would you be happy to send me your XML bibliography file? You could sent it by Private Message.
