I have a question. How can I create a matrix as in the attached picture.

Please, help me.

Show your own efforts in form of a minimal example that is compilable out of the box and contains only necessary, but all relevant code.

Hi,

welcome to the board!

You could use the easybmat package, or use \multicolumn and \multirow of the

multirow package within a matrix. I guess you don't expect people to type all the code for you, when you don't show code that you tried yourself, as Thorsten said.
