BibTeX, biblatex and biber ⇒ problem with referencing using jabref

I am writing a paper using documentclass 'article' and using jabref for bibliography. While I was using unsrt as the citation style its giving me the following problem....

for example, i wrote multiple author name like..

Nielsen, L. E. and Landel, R. F.

but the output is coming like...

R. F. Nielsen, L. E. and Landel

any kind of help will be highly appreciable.

For an adequate problem description and in order to avoid guesses and random shots please prepare a proper minimal example that contains all necessary but only relevant information in form of code. And please show clearly how this issue is related to JabRef.
