Importing a Paint File

I have a diagram saved on paint that I would like to show up in my LateX file. How would I do that? Thanks!

Importing a Paint File

You do not write about the format of that file and the way you want to compile your document (latex or pdflatex). But this information is necessary to offer help. I remember that Paint is able to save pictures in JPG format, which is accepted by pdflatex.
