BibTeX, biblatex and biber ⇒ Automate creation of reference list with PHP

I've just learned about BiBTex and have spent a few hours experimenting with it on my local system.

Is there a script or PHP class that automates all of the steps required in creating a reference list?

What I'm looking for is something that would take an array of PubMed PMID's and return and HTML list formatted to a predefined style (such as ama or amalike).

Does such a thing exist?
