Hello nice people!
For privacy purposes I have one computer (rather, just a separate harddisk drive, I connect only one at a time) that never goes to the Internet and one that is connected. On the isolated computer I'd like to install LyX and type documents that I want to keep for my eyes only until I publish them.
The isolated machine runs Win2k SP4, so LyX would be a binary v1.5, maybe an early v1.6 if possible - unless I decide some day to install some unofficial API extensions, and then W2k would be equivalent to Windows XP SP3.
Is that any possible? I'm already stumbling at the installation of the spell checkers, and this may only be the beginning I fear.
Thanks a lot!
