LyX ⇒ Macro for adding a Figure

I am getting tired of all the steps I have to go through to add a photograph.

Insert->float->figure
Type caption
Insert->lable
Insert->graphic
Select graphic from list
Configure options of graphic
Select Graphic
Click paragraph formatting
Select centered, close dialog.

Is there any way to configure a set of actions which automatically apply when I drag a .png or some other graphic onto the workspace? It would save me hours (cumulatively).
