Page Layout ⇒ New Section placement problem

the new heading didnt come right after the previous text instead Texshop places the heading randomly in between the previous text. Even i used new section after finishing the first. It places my new section heading in some previous point.

Please help me in this regards.

Perhaps post a minimal working example, which shows the problem, i.e. a small compilable document with this problem. It could be a reduced but compilable copy of your document.
