Document Classes ⇒ Administration Tools

Hi All!
This is my first post here! I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions as to what package is good for keeping class lists, timetables etcs - basically a good admin tool. I have already downloaded Calender from ctan, but am open to some suggestions!
