Texmaker and TeXstudio ⇒ no output

Hi,
I re-installed both miktex and texmaker. Unfortunately I have a problem. I don't have any output. It is strange because I'm working with several tex file correct (beacuse they worked before). So, which could be the problem. Hope someone can help me...

Do you get any error message or warning? Perhaps post the generated .log file here, as attachment. For this, click the "Upload attachment" link below the edit text field when writing.
