That is, I'd like to select some text and make it all caps, etc.
Apparently part of the feature request was implemented, but I cannot figure out how to use it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Have you tried sth like [Ctrl]+ or [Ctrl]+[Shift]+? (these would seem like the obvious shortcuts for it). Disclaimer: I never used TeXnicCenter so I wouldn't know...
