Compiling via PS to PDF
Does anyone know how to convert a MiKTeX file to PDF using "LaTeX -> dvips -> ps2pdf"

I think you just answered that yourself!

$ bibtex [filename].aux
$ latex [filename].tex
$ latex [filename].tex
$ dvips [filename].dvi
$ ps2pdf [filename].ps
