Graphics, Figures & Tables ⇒ rotate long table and can't see a few columns

Hi All,

I'm new to LyX and I'm trying to create a long table with 37 columns and 2 rows. Just for the test i include a code example. I tried use longtable package, supertable and the long table option in the table settings. Neither work. Could someone help me. Thanks.
