General ⇒ Errors with hyperref package

I don't seem to understand why I get so much errors as soon as I use \usepackage{hyperref}
I attached the error image.
I am also unable to find the output log file to attach! which is the reason I attached an image!

The log file (*.log) can be found in the same directory as your source file (*.tex). Just provide a proper minimal example that exactly reproduces the error(s) along with the complete log file attached as upload to the forum server.
