How to create a layout based on document class
I wrote an paper which was supposed to be send to elsevier but after discussion with my advisor it will be send to springer.
I wrote my paper on Lyx 2.0 and Miktex using the document class article(elsevier)and now I have to convert it to meet Springer editorial expectations. So I downloaded the macro package on Springer Web : site http://www.springer.com/cda/content/doc ... 5-468198-0
My problem is that it does not propose a .layout but a .cls. So how can I convert or write a .layout in order create a proper Lyx file respecting springer format?
Thank you in advance for your help,
Hélie
