I am a newly registered member and I am currently writing my Thesis. The requirements for the final draft have given me a challenge with fancyhdr. I have tried using the manual with very little success. Here are the requirements
1. The numbering for Chapters should not appear as shown in the example below
Chapter 1 The Development of Uganda 1
1.1 Introduction 1
1.2 The Context of Developing Countries 3
2. Title of Thesis to appear on right head of even pages
3. Title of Chapter to appear on right head of odd pages
4.Page numbers for odd pages should be on right footer
5. Page numbers of even pages should be on left footer

I will be very grateful

Would be good if you show your efforts in form of a minimal example along with a more precise description of what want to do (and not what you not want to do). Actually the fancyhdr manual is quite clear regarding the setup of customized header and footers.

Best regards and welcome to the board
