General ⇒ Problem installing tcilatex.tex with Miktex 2.9

Hi guys,

I am trying to install with tcilatex.tex Miktex 2.9. I have set the new directory at the right place, refreshed the database, but that does not do it.

Anyone with the same problem and a solution?
