LyX ⇒ Lyx 2.0.0-3 Setup

I'm trying to set up Lyx having downloaded from here: ftp://ftp.lyx.org/pub/lyx/bin/2.0.0/LyX ... taller.exe

But keep getting the following error message halfway through setup:
"Downloading MikTex failed. Would you like to try again? (HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found)"

I guess this means the server is down? Anyone know when this might be sorted?
