Hi there,
I had been using TeXnicCenter quite happily until this afernoon when I went to rebuild the lastest draft of my report and it started running really slowly?
It seems to get stuck at the part loading MPS to PDF converter? It just hangs and hangs and hangs.
I waited for an hour but no joy, it usually does it in a few seconds?
Please please can someone advise what is going wrong this is so frustrating.
Kind Regards
Baz

Re: TeXnicCenter sooooooo slow
I still have the same problem.
It will still build older tex files into pdf's normally, but I have done a lot of work on this file and I would really like to find a way to fix it.

Re: TeXnicCenter sooooooo slow
Could you please elaborate on the MPS to PDF converter thing?
Either way, please provide an MWE, as stated in the rules.

Re: TeXnicCenter sooooooo slow
Hi,
I fixed it, by deleting chunks till it started working again.
It was the table that was causing the problem, I tought I had typed the exmaple exactly but by re-doing it witht he built in TexNicCenter table short cut it worked.
Was all very confusing though as there were no clues on the output window? No error messages but everything just frooze?
