LyX ⇒ Add a Navigation Footer

Hello,

I'm new to LyX and at the moment we are exporting some documents in HTML with success; but i want to know if is there a way to include a navigation footer on the LyX document. Something like this:

<<Previous HOME Next>>

I can make it directly on the HTML, but that demands much more time changing each file. Is there an option, or somehow to do that?
