I guess you just have to wait patiently until a Wind0ws installer is provided. The new version has just been released so it might take some time to build the Wind0ws binaries.

I have found a windows Lyx 2.0.1 installer (non ofiicial but recommanded by Lyx.org), it works véry very well.
