General ⇒ biblatex | Problem with Formatting according to MLA

Hello all,

I'm trying to generate an MLA-formatted bibliography using Biblatex, but I'm getting 'Undefined control sequence' errors from several of the files provided for the MLA formatting (http://konx.net/biblatex-mla/):

Any ideas what is going on? Is it getting confused with the macros? If I skip past these errors, the reference keys used in the \autocite{} commands are included within the main text in the resulting PDF and no references are generated at all.

Here is my tex (pared down version of the example given with the biblatex-mla files):
