Hello,
I use Refwork to create my references which I then export at BibTex.
I have two issues; Firstly; when I cite an organisation such as the Environment Agency the published PDF only uses Agency (in effect the surname). How do I overcome this?
Secondly, When I create a Bibliography it is not in alphabetical order.
The code is use is below, excluding all other.
\usepackage[round]{natbib}
\bibliographystyle{plainnat}
Any ideas greatly received!

I guess "Environmental Agency" should be the publisher rather than the author. However, if you really like to fake it, use the surname, first names style.

I'm using pdfTeX, Version 3.1415926-1.40.10 (TeX Live 2009/Debian).
