LyX ⇒ Unavailable document class (which is installed)

After working for time with SVjour3, Springer document class,I received a massage of "unavailable document class", and it is really listed as unavailable in LyX.
I reinstalled the files in the latex folder, made the refresh FNDB in the miktex, and reconfigure in the LyX.
Nothing works. I just receiving a massage of "The layout file requested by this document svglobals.layout, is not usable. This is probably because a LaTeX class or style required by it is not available. See the..."
how do I fix it?
