LyX ⇒ Adjust / order the references

Hi,

I have a problem with the orientation of my references, since I use LyX 2.0. My references are shifted too much to the right. I there a possibility by using latex-code to adjust the references to the left side?

An other problem is, that I would like to put the contents of table and figures on one page, I don't have many pictures and tables and I dont't want to have too much free space on the paper.

I hope you can help me with my problems.
