Hi,
I'm currently using chemstyle for writing my thesis and it works great. However I would like to restart the numering of the compound for each chapter, so that each chapter starts with compound number 1.
Is there a way to reset the counter of chemcompounds?

I'm afraid I'm not sure how to achieve this, but as a working chemist I'd urge against it unless you are going to prefix them with the chapter number. (Even the later case is a pain: what if you have the same compound in two different chapters.)

Then I will probally leave it like it is. And hope that my prof is oke with that. because in the last 10 thesises it was not the case
