LyX ⇒ Beamer Template PDF View Error

Every time I attempt to view PDF in Lyx 2.0 from the Beamer Template, I get the same two errors and the PDF view aborts. I use the beamer-conference-ornate-20min.lyx template and the ViewPDF(PDFLatex) function, though I get errors regardless of which ViewPDF I use.

Error 1:
! Font \csname\endcsname=psyr at 10.95pt not loadable: Metric (TFM) file not found.

Error 2:
!pdfTeX error: pdflatex (file usyr.pfb): cannot open Type 1 font file for reading

Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

Hi,

welcome to the board!

Fonts are missing, I guess you need to install a package. If you use MiKTeX, I recommend to install the symbol package, using the MiKTeX package manager.
