This information is as good as useless. Tell us your OS, LaTeX editor, TeX distribution and PDF viewer. Presumably you are running TeXnicCenter on Wind0ws and this error occurs when trying to open the resulting PDF in Ad0be Reader. Make sure that the PDF is produced and check the settings in TXC.

I get this occasionally (as localghost assumes, I'm using TeXnicCenter and calling Adobe Reader X). It usually goes away if I close both Adobe and TeXnicCenter and then reopen TeXnicCenter and ask it to view the output.
