General ⇒ Install problem (exitcode 2402)

I just tried to install Texniccenter, but during the installation my computer shut down. When I tried to reinstall Texniccenter, I got the message:

'TEXNICCENTER-1.0 STABLE-RC1-EN-W7Ex86 is already installed. Do you want to unistall TEXNICCENTER-1.0 STABLE-RC1-EN-W7Ex86 now' Yes/No

- When I click yes, I get an error message that says something like 'unistallation of TEXNICCENTER-1.0 STABLE-RC1-EN-W7Ex86 is impossible.(exitcode 2402)'
- When I click no, the install program closes.

I cleaned my registry with Auslogics Registry Cleaner, but that did not help. Can anybody give me a way to solve this problem?
