I am switching from texniccenter to texmaker, but epstopdf will not work on texmaker for some reason. I am getting
'epstopdf' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.
However I have both --shell-escape --enable-write18 in the command line for pdflatex (both were actually unneeded in texniccenter). I also have the enviroment variables set up correctly, so i can call epstopdf in the command line and it will work. What else can it be?

epstopdf not working
Running into this same problem - there's a bug report on the TexMaker site.
