LyX ⇒ Export to PDF, PDF viewer not working

Up until yesterday, I was able to export to PDF (pdflatex) and use the previewer (pdflatex) in LyX 1.6.9. Now I'm not able to export or preview the PDF, and I don't get an error message...in short, nothing happens. (The appropriate action is clicked and then nothing happens.) To my knowledge, nothing was updated on my computer, and I've tried exporting and viewing the PDF in LyX 2.0, but nothing happens either. I'm also using Adobe Acrobat Pro 9.4.3 for viewing my PDFs.

I've also tried exporting the document in several other formats (HTML, ps2pdf, dvipdfm, and Latex), but it won't export for these either.

Does anyone have any idea on what is going on? Is there any way to fix this and make it so LyX exports and previews the PDF again? I've tried reinstalling the LyX and Acrobat, neither or which worked.

You are saying that even on a blank document, no export options work?

Have you tried uninstalling LyX and MikTex fully (i.e. removing settings too) and then reinstalling?

After installing and reinstalling everything, I figured it out. I evidently changed a section in such a way that LyX didn't like. (I went back and removed each individual section I had edited since a previous save that worked. Took a while, but now it works...)
