Excel2LaTeX Math Symbols

Post by anto_r »

Hi
I had some math symbols like '<' and '<=' in the excel table but when imported to latex with excel2table, they remained the same (unconverted to the corresponding latex code). However, the pdf output produced other symbols like '!' or '?'

I got around it by manually changing the codes and using mathmode every place the symbols appear in the table. But, I was expecting it would be done automatically? am I missing something here or the only way is to edit the final code manually?

thanks
Anto
