I'm having difficulty initiating the Inverse Search functionality of Yap. Under the Inverse DVI Search tab, I see Texmaker listed, but it is not labeled "auto-detected" as is my WinEdt installation. Nevertheless, the command line field below has evidently been auto-filled to read
"C:\Program Files\Texmaker\texmaker.exe" "%f" -line %l
When I highlight Texmaker in the list and click the "Change" button, a MiKTeX problem report dialogue pops up. Clicking "OK", a TeX Editor dialogue opens with three fields, auto-filled as follows:
Name:
Texmaker
Specify the program you want to use to edit TeX source files:
C:\Program Files\Texmaker\texmaker.exe
Specify the program arguments:
"%f" -line %l
This all seems correct according to the documentation, yet Inverse Search fails to function. Double-clicking anywhere on my Yap document only brings up a MiKTeX problem report dialogue. My colleague suffers the same dilemma. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
